Punjab’s Chief Minister, Bhagwant Mann, will wed tomorrow in a private ceremony at his Chandigarh residence.

Punjab's Chief Minister, Bhagwant Mann, will wed tomorrow in a private ceremony at his Chandigarh residence.

According to reports, Mr. Mann, 48, will wed Gurpreet Kaur. Only immediate family and close friends will attend the wedding. Arvind Kejriwal, the leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), is expected to participate in the ceremony as chief minister of Delhi.

“Tomorrow, Mann Sahab will wed in a discreet ceremony here. He’ll be married to Dr. Gurpreet Kaur “Malvinder Singh Kang, a top AAP official, and spokesman, informed PTI.

The former stand-up comedian has two children from a previous marriage and was divorced six years ago.

His children reside in the US with their mother. On March 16, they attended Mr. Mann’s swearing-in ceremony.

After AAP defeated the Congress in the Punjab election earlier this year, Mr. Mann was appointed Chief Minister.
