The danger of the fourth wave of Corona is looming over India. With the uproar in China due to the increase in Corona cases, India’s situation seems to be getting worse. According to official sources, the coming 40 days are very important for India. This is because the month of January may see an increase in corona cases. This claim is being made by looking at the past figures of India. Currently there are 3,609 active cases of corona in the country.

Raise in new cases of corona
On Friday, the Union Ministry of Health released the statistics related to Karwa. According to these figures, 243 new cases have been registered in India. Apart from this, there has been an increase in the cases of corona across the country. At present, the number of corona cases across the country has gone up to 4.46 crore. Of these, the number of active cases is 3,609. In the updated data at 8 am, it has been said that in the last 24 hours, a total of 4,46,78,158 cases of corona have been registered since the beginning in Maharashtra only. On the other hand, 268 new cases had come in the country earlier.

Increase in death rate due to corona
Quoting the Ministry, it has been learned that the Daily Positivity Rate is 0.11 percent while the Weekly Positivity Rate has been recorded at 0.16 percent. In the last 24 hours, 2,13,080 tests have been done to detect corona. According to the health ministry’s website, active cases comprise 0.01 per cent of the total infections, while the national recovery rate has risen to 98.80 per cent. The number of people who have been cured from the disease has increased to 4,41,43,850, while the death rate is 1.19 percent.
