China urged Russia and Ukraine not to let the impact of their conflict “spill over” at the United Nations on Saturday and advocated for a diplomatic solution.
In a speech to the UN General Assembly, foreign minister Wang Yi said, “We urge all parties concerned to prevent the crisis from spreading and to preserve the legitimate rights and interests of developing nations.”
