Necessary steps have been taken by the District Election Commission to increase the vote percentage in the Lok Sabha elections. People who have crossed the age of 18 years and have applied for Voter ID but have not received the Voter ID card.

He will also be able to take part in the voting process. Provided that their name should be in the voter list. People whose voter card has been lost or is not available will also be able to vote if their name is in the voter list by showing 12 photo identity cards.

People who do not have voter identity card. But if the name is in the voter list then he will be able to take part in voting. Voters can check their name in the voter list by visiting https://voters.eci.gov.in/. After entering the required information, the voter gets to know the polling station along with BLO.

Process to search name in voter list

  • Go to Google and type https://voters.eci.gov.in/
  • Click on Search in Electoral Roll
  • Select language/Select your language by clicking on Select Language
  • Click on Search by EPIC
  • Enter EPIC Number in the empty box
  • Enter your state in the empty box.
  • Enter Captcha Code in the empty box
  • After this you will know whether your name is in the voter list or not.

PROCEDURE FOR FINDING NAME IN VOTER LIST (BY DETAILS)

  • Go to Google and type https://voters.eci.gov.in/.
  • Click on Search in the Electoral Roll.
  • Click on Search by Details option.
  • Select state and language.

Enter information related to First Name, Middle Name, Surname, Relative First Name/Relative Surname/Date of Birth/Age/Gender/District/Assembly Constituency.

Enter the Captcha Code in the empty box.

After this you will know whether your name is in the voter list or not.

  • Process to search name in voter list (by mobile)
  • Go to Google and type https://voters.eci.gov.in/.
  • Click on Search in Electoral Roll.
  • Click on Search by mobile option.
  • Search by Mobile Enter the registered mobile number in the empty box.
  • Enter the Captcha Code in the empty box.
  • After this you will know whether your name is in the voter list or not.

  • Aadhar card
  • driving license
  • Indian passport
  • MGNREGA job card
  • Pension document with photo
  • Service Identity Card with Photo
  • Bank and post office passbook with photo
  • Health Insurance Smart Card (Ministry of Labour)
  • Unique Disability Identification Card (UDID)
  • Government identity cards of MPs, MLAs, Legislative Council members
  • Smart card issued by the Registrar General of India under National Population Register
