BB19 Contestant Tanya Mittal has been exposed by several media portals as old posts resurface online, which contradicts her claims on family wealth and clothing choices which she calls “modest”. Netizens labels her as “urvashi rautela 2.0”

Tanya Mittal exposed as a pathological liar as a old social media posts resurface

• Tanya Mittal, who is currently in the bigg boss house has been attracting a lot of attention for her exaggerated comments on family wealth and her clothing choices. Bigg boss fans are finding her entertaining not for her authenticity but her comments on her family wealth and her clothing choices. 
• On social media, Numerous bigg boss 19 fan pages have dug deeper into the life of tanya mittal who is a spiritual content creator and beauty pageant winner. As per her claims in the house, the entire bigg boss house is equal to her family’s house lawn. She said she had never been in such a small enclosed area as the bb house and is used to living in big houses. In her old posts she is seen standing in a small balcony adorned with plants like any other middle class flats. 

• In a conversation with other contestants she said they have personal security guards who are so well trained that they were even approached by ministers to protect them, to which other contestants raised their eyebrows. She even revealed that everybody knows their family in gwalior and they have a reputation, but the residents of Gwalior have claimed they don’t know who tanya mittal is, let alone her wealthy family. 
• She has a history with beauty pageants and won Miss Asia tourism universe 2018 at the age of 22 and competed against 31 national representatives, Beauty pageants require wearing western attires, Even on her social media accounts she posted several reels like GRWM and Fashion tips. In the bigg boss house she claimed she felt uncomfortable to drape a saree so she went inside the bathroom. Salman khan in the weekend ka vaar raised the topic. 

• She claimed she is only a 12th class pass and did not study further but in a congratulatory post from Chandigarh university revealed she is an alumni. She appeared on josh talks and called her "12th class pass ladki"  An actor named madhav sharma made a video saying that no one knows her family in Gwalior but several fans defended tanya mittal saying her family is rich but not the way but many of her claims are exaggerated.

Tanya Mittal has positioned herself as one of the most popular contestants in this season for her entertaining nature even though she has been exposed as a pathological lying. In the bb house she was rebuked by another contestant kunika sadanand for continuously bragging about her wealth in a inappropriate situations.
