Alysa Liu, the icon of Figure skating

Alysa Liu is a 20-year-old American Figure skater, the youngest U.S. women's national champion, who has won multiple national and international championships. After taking a break due to mental exhaustion and extreme pressure, she decided to quit with no plans to return.

This year, Alysa Liu, who is now twenty, returned and surprised everybody with her stunning skills, looks and confidence. Her performances made history and won the hearts of judges and people. She performed at the figure skating exhibition gala to Stateside, which grabbed eyeballs with her charm and stunning skills as a figure skater.

She started skating at the age of 5 after her father recognised her talent, and since then, she has been under constant pressure to perform exceptionally; she had to maintain her weight for effortless spins, with a restricted diet and do what the coach suggests.

She called her coach, Phillip DiGuglielmo and said, "I think I want to return". Before returning, she had certain conditions, a sort of reform, that included her involvement in the choice of music for her performance, no pressure when she wouldn't feel like it and freedom to eat anything without caring about her weight.

“I get to pick my own program music. I get to help with the creative process of the program… If I feel like I’m skating too much, I’ll back down… No one’s going to starve me.” She said. She genuinely seemed to love her career, which made her popular among GenZ, which is already nonchalant.
