President Trump continues with stopping India and Pakistan War claim at UNGA

At the UNGA’s 80th session President Donald Trump continued with his repeated claims of stopping seven unendable wars.

“I have ended seven unendable wars” Says Donald Trump

  • At the 80th session of United Nations General Assembly President Trump addressed the gathering and briefly spoke about his achievements and touched upon certain topics.
  • One of these major claims was ending seven unendable wars that included war between two nuclear powers India and its neighbour Pakistan.
  • “Likewise, in a period of just seven months, I have ended seven unendable wars, some of which were going for 31 years. Two of them, 31 think of it, 31 years. One was 36 years, one was 28 years” This was his first address assuming the post of US’s president in his second term.
  • He spoke about the Russia and Ukraine war and said that China and India are the primary funders of the ongoing war by continuing to purchase Russian Oil. Something he has been speaking about on many occasions and several times while the USA is one of the top importers of Russian chemicals and other things.
  • Trump mocked the United Nations for failing to fulfill the purpose it was created for “bring peace in the world” and not only that he also complained about the broken escalator and teleprompter at the new york headquarters of the U.N. “This is these are the two things i got from the United Nations, a bad escalator and a bad teleprompter”
  • He also questioned the existence of the United Nations. He said “What is the purpose of the United Nations?” he asked “All they seem to do is write a really strongly worded letter, it’s empty words and empty words don’t solve war”
