When we remove our makeup, focus on our lips too. Gently remove any lipstick, gloss or anything from your lips with a mild cleanser or micellar water.
As we exfoliate our face and body, our lips need exfoliation, too. Try to exfoliate them at least twice a week to remove dead skin cells.
Don't forget to apply a thick layer of your favourite lip balm or mask before bed. It not only provides deep moisture but also retains the existing moisture.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your lips hydrated. No external treatment will show up if you are not hydrated from within.
If you are exposed to the sun during the day, opt for a lip balm that has SPF in it. It is important to be consistent with whatever routine you choose.
