Today, October 17, is Sanjay Kapoor’s birthday. Sonam Kapoor has sent him a heartfelt greeting in honor of the event. When they were kids, she also posted a photo of her father, Anil Kapoor, and his uncles, Boney and Sanjay Kapoor. She sent her some gorgeous pictures and a nice card. “Happy happy birthday chachu!” said the funniest and coolest uncle. We adore you. Greetings to the funniest, coolest uncle—we want to party with you forever! Hazaro saal jiyo! (living a millennium) Happy 60th!”
After Sonam Kapoor tweeted the picture, Sanjay Kapoor quickly added his comment, “Love you too,” along with heart emoticons.

His family and friends, including singer Sukhbir, sister Reena Marwah, brothers Boney and Anil Kapoor, Farah Khan, Chunky Panday, and Bhavana Pandey, among others, Sanjay Kapoor celebrated his birthday in Dubai. His midnight birthday party was thrown, and he released multiple images and videos on his Instagram stories to give followers a preview of the festivities.
