He is the co-founder of India’s first multi designer boutique in 1987 called 'Ensemble' along with his wife Sailaja 'Sal' Tahiliani. It was followed by Tahiliani Design studio in 1990. Masaba Gupta

Rohit Bal is an Indian Fashion designer who began his career in 1986 founding Orchid Oversea Pvt. Ltd. with his brother. He is named “India’s master of fabrics and fantasy” by Time Magazine for his fashion sense of incorporating luxurious textiles such as brocades, velvet, and other opulent fabrics in his designs, which add grandeur to the ensemble. He is also a jewellery designer along with a fashion designer known for his lotus and peacock motifs.

Manish Arora
