Congress leader Sonia Gandhi today took oath as Rajya Sabha MP from Rajasthan. Apart from Sonia Gandhi, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and 14 other leaders have taken oath as Rajya Sabha MPs. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar administered the oath to all these leaders in the new Parliament House. While on one hand Sonia Gandhi took oath as Rajya Sabha MP from Rajasthan, on the other hand Ashwini Vaishnav took oath as Rajya Sabha MP from Odisha.

- Yerum Venkata Subba Reddy from Andhra Pradesh
After the oath ceremony, all of them also got themselves photographed with the Chairman of Rajya Sabha.
