In an encounter between militants and security personnel on Monday in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam area, two civilians and a soldier were hurt, according to the police.
Following intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists, security officers began enforcing a cordon in the Kulgam hamlet of Batpora, a police official said.
