Yogi Adityanath is ready to set the stage on fire once again with his iron-fist rule

As the 2022 Legislative Assembly Election for the state of Uttar Pradesh comes to an end today, the Bhartiya Janta Party has once again secured its position at the top of the pyramid with a massive lead against the opposition in the first few hours of vote counting.

The 403 seat war ended today on 10 March 2022 when the result of the voting poll was being declared by the Election Commission in the light of growing enthusiasm. With free electricity for farmers, stricter law enforcement, and promises for employment opportunities, the BJP election agenda has won them a whopping win of some odd 246 seats, with the Samajwadi Party running up second at 120 seats. Meanwhile, Congress and BSP were also in the run for the seats, but it seems UP is nothing but a passing destination for their wagon.

With this growing lead, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is set to come in power for the second time in succession. The previous assembly poll of 2017 showed similar scales, though with BJP gaining a clear and tremendous win of 312 seats in the past while the Samajwadi party came second with 47 seats in hand.

Nonetheless, BJP has shown itself to rule the hearts of UPians with their efficient work and law orders in the criminally most notorious state of India. Even Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the work of CM Yogi for enforcing the law in a state whose walls have been stained with a dark criminal history.

Waiting for the final exit poll to be declared, here are some highlights for the 2022 UP Legislative Assembly Election:
