Delhi-NCR Weather Update: a Sheet of Dust Spread in the Sky

In many areas of Delhi-NCR, there has been a blanket of dust since morning. Strong winds have been blowing since last night. Due to which a sheet of dust is being seen in the sky. Due to this, the visibility at IGI Airport has reduced to 1100 meters.

For the last five days people were facing severe heat. During this, most of the temperature in many areas remained above 40 degrees. The Meteorological Department says that there may be light drizzle in some areas of Delhi-NCR today and tomorrow. But people are not expected to get relief from the heat.

On Monday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 41.3 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature was 25.2 degree Celsius. People were troubled by the strong sunlight since morning. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of light drizzle on Tuesday. However, despite the rains, the residents of Delhi are not expected to get respite from the heat. On Tuesday, the maximum temperature is estimated to be 41 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 26 degree Celsius. Along with this, wind can blow at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour.

At the same time, there is a possibility of light rain with partly cloudy sky on Wednesday. The maximum temperature that can be recorded is 42 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, Najafgarh area was the hottest on Monday, where the maximum temperature was 43.9 degrees and the minimum temperature was 26.7 degrees. At the same time, the maximum temperature of the Narela area was recorded at 42.3 degree Celsius, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 24.2 degree Celsius.
