IMD issues cold alert for these three districts of UP – Cold Wave Returns

The weather has once again taken a turn in UP, due to which the effect of pink cold is being seen in some areas of UP. According to the Meteorological Department, the main reason for this cold is Western Disturbance. Due to cold winds blowing in many districts including UP's capital Lucknow on Sunday, the cold has increased. Due to this, a drop in temperature has also been recorded. According to the forecast issued by the Meteorological Department, the effect of strong winds can be seen in entire Uttar Pradesh.

Wind speed – 9 km per hour
Winds continued to wreak havoc in many districts of UP on Sunday. Winds were blowing at a speed of 9 km per hour in many districts including Lucknow, Kanpur, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj. Due to the high wind speed, people felt cold during the night. At the same time, the Meteorological Department says that the weather will remain like this for the next three days. The general public will feel cold even if there is light sunshine in the day.

Are winters back?
In the early days of February, along with the fog, there was also a feeling of cold. But a few days after this, light lukewarm sunlight during the day brought a lot of relief to the people. After this the feeling of winter days had reduced considerably. But since Saturday night, the strong winds started. The weather will remain like this for the next three days
The effect of strong winds was visible in Lucknow on Sunday. The minimum temperature was recorded around 13 degrees. At the same time, at 5 am on Sunday, the temperature was recorded at 11 degree Celsius. Due to strong winds, the maximum temperature of the day has been recorded around 26 degree Celsius. The Meteorological Department says that a similar drop in temperature can be recorded on Wednesday as well.

Strong winds are effective on pollution
Noida and Ghaziabad have recorded a drop in temperature as well as pollution levels due to wind blowing at a speed of 5 km per hour. Due to this, a drop in the minimum temperature has been recorded, after which the minimum temperature decreased to 9 degree Celsius. And the maximum temperature has been recorded around 24 degree Celsius. Due to the increase in the wind speed, a decline in the pollution level has been recorded.
