According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the West is engaging in a "dangerous, brutal, and nasty" game over Ukraine. Still, eventually, the United States and its allies will have to talk to Russia.
Putin said that the West was misguided by colonialism and attempted to restrict the rest of the globe while addressing the Valdai Discussion Club.
