Pulwama Attack: Today on February 14, 2019, Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists attacked Pulwama located in Jammu and Kashmir. Even before this, there have been terrorist attacks in India, but in the history of terrorist attacks in India, this attack was very big because in this attack, 40 sons of Mother India were martyred. However, within just 12 days of this attack, the brave soldiers of India entered the border of Pakistan and gave a befitting reply to this attack. After the Jaish attack, the brave soldiers of India responded to this attack with Balakot strike.
Indian soldiers were attacked
On February 14, 2019, around 3 pm, a CRPF convoy was passing through the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway. CRPF soldiers were sitting in the buses present in this convoy. As soon as this convoy of soldiers reached Pulwama, a car came from the other side of the convoy and hit a bus of the convoy. A large quantity of explosives were kept in that car. As soon as the car collided with the bus, there was a big explosion, after which 40 soldiers of the country were martyred. According to media reports of that time, a 300 kg IED was kept in the car.
Charge sheet of 13 thousand pages was filed
Immediately after this attack, the soldiers were admitted to the nearby hospital, but this attack by the terrorists was so severe that it became very difficult to save the lives of the soldiers, due to which a large number of CRPF soldiers died. The name of the terrorist who carried out this attack was Adil Ahmed Dar. Apart from this, terrorists like Sajjad Bhatt, Mudasir Ahmed Khan etc. had a big role in this attack. However, later the brave soldiers of India killed these terrorists. This case was investigated by NIA. A charge sheet of 13 thousand pages was filed to investigate this case.
Prime Minister had announced revenge
The mortal remains of the soldiers martyred in the attack were brought to the Palam Air Force area by a special aircraft. Here Prime Minister Narendra Modi including the then Home Minister and current Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and other Union Ministers paid tribute to the martyrs. After this, in his speech on February 17, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had hinted at avenging the martyrdom of the soldiers. He had said that “all tears will be avenged” and the armed forces “have been given complete freedom to decide the time, place and place of retaliation against the enemy.”
Revenge was taken on 26th February
On February 26, 2019, India crossed the Line of Control and sent 12 Mirage 2000 fighter jets to Balakot to destroy the hideout of Jaish terrorists. According to sources, 300 Jaish terrorists were killed in this attack. During the airstrike, approximately thousand kilos of bombs were dropped on terrorist hideouts. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had entrusted the task of making a well-planned plan to take revenge from Pakistan to Ajit Doval. Apart from him, BS Dhanoa also had an important role in this.
