Last Sunday, the entire nation was hooked to the screens as the show concluded. The Top 5: Gaurav Khanna, Farrhana Bhatt, Pranit More, Tanya Mittal and Amaal Malik and the remaining contestants of the season assumed the hall room for one last time. They performed separately, showcasing their spirit before the final announcement.
- Family members of the Top 5 contestants were present and had to decide the elimination of one contestant. Amaal Malik couldn’t move further; later, Tanya Mittal was eliminated as well. Pranit More was the third person to get eliminated. Gaurav Khanna and Farrhana Bhatt were the top 2. Around 11:30 pm, the announcement was made, based on votes, and Gaurav Khanna was named the winner of the season.
- Gaurav Khanna fixed his spot in the Top 5 by winning the “Ticket to the Finale Task” by balancing a wooden plank. A task which demanded patience and mental strength, Gaurav Khanna competently completed the task. He did not engage in meaningless arguments or fights for footage; he stood for truth and was loyal to his friends throughout the season.
- Since the beginning, he fought to win the captaincy task but failed to win. In the end, he not only became the captain of the house but also secured his spot in the top 5. He may not have all the aggressive qualities such as some of the previous winners of the show possessed, but Gaurav Khanna had his own charm in the show; he did not copy any of the previous winners. His gameplay felt honest and distinct.

- Farrhana Bhatt, who entered the Bigg Boss house with merely 40k followers on Instagram, was really close to the trophy and successfully imprinted on the hearts of the fans. She became the First Runner-Up and later said, “He won the trophy, and I won hearts”. Bhatt was labelled as the Villain of the season for her stances and bold statements. All the evicted contestants gathered on the final day. Salman Khan said, "It was one of the successful seasons of the show”.
