Aryan Khan received backlash for his offensive gesture towards the onlookers while he waved at his fans at a Bengaluru pub, accompanied by two of his friends. Netizens called out his entitled behaviour.

Aryan Khan had successfully moved past the shadow of the drug scandal, showcasing creative potential through his directorial debut, The Bads of Bollywood. The series was a hit, got strong viewership on Netflix, positive reviews and a gripping narrative. He was praised for unravelling the hidden truths of the Bollywood industry. It appears that controversy has become a recurring chapter in his life. He was making obscene gestures to the onlookers from the balcony along with his friends. It was one of the rarest incidents when he smiled. 

What did Aryan Khan do? 

A video has surfaced online that was apparently recorded on November 28. The video showed Aryan Khan along with his friends Zaid Khan (son of a minister) and actress Dhanya Ramkumar at a promotional event for his brand D’yavol, standing at the balcony of the Pub in Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru. He smiled and acknowledged those waving at him but seeing the onlookers, he showed the middle finger and gave a wide smile to them.

Public reaction to Aryan Khan

The video went viral on social media immediately and sparked controversy. The netizens went furious over the video and called out his arrogance. He not only showed the middle finger but also gave a creepy smile. He received heavy backlash from the public for his behaviour, which was unforgivable. 

A post from Hate Detector on X said, “Although Aryan Khan displayed an obscene gesture in public, there are no reports of the police taking any action against him. This has led to questions about what would have happened if an ordinary citizen had done the same. People on social media are asking whether the police remained silent because he is the son of an influential person.”

Some comments read “Father's reputation is going down because of this kid!” and “The young man is fond of showing his love through hand signals. Where's the issue in that?” 

Who is Aryan Khan? 

Aryan Khan is the eldest son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and an Interior designer, Gauri Khan. He has two younger siblings, Suhana Khan and Abram Khan. He made his directorial debut with Bads of Bollywood, one of the most successful OTT series on Netflix.
