For this you have to drink coconut water. Coconut water is a good source of electrolytes. Drink 1 glass of water daily. Squeeze half a lemon in it and add a pinch of rock salt or black salt. It also contains more electrolytes. If we talk about lemon, it is rich in Vitamin C. You have to drink it in the evening between 3-4 pm. This will give rest to your adrenal glands and reduce fatigue.
