According to a health official, problems following childbirth also claimed the life of a 19-year-old lady in the Wada neighborhood of Maharashtra's Palghar district, whose kid died shortly after delivery.
He stated that on Tuesday, Tanuja Pardhi of Savroili village in Vikramgad taluka gave birth at her house to a kid who was born prematurely in the seventh month and passed away a short time later.
"When the woman started experiencing problems, she was sent to the Wada rural hospital. She was rushed to the hospital bleeding and unresponsive. She passed away on Wednesday at about 4 o'clock, "he says.
The hospital representative noted that the mother had her first child in May of last year after getting married.
