A massive fire broke out in the Mahakal temple located in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh on Monday morning. It is being told that the fire broke out due to gulal being blown during the aarti. In this, 13 people including the priest got burnt.

According to the information, the fire broke out when colors and gulal were being thrown during the celebration of Dhulendi festival. Meanwhile, the priest was also performing the Aarti of Mahakal with Kapoor. Suddenly the fire broke out and engulfed the flax above. It is said that the burning part of this flex fell down. Due to which the priest and the servant got burnt due to the fire. All have been admitted to the district hospital.

Fire broke out during Holi celebrations

Let us tell you that there was chaos in Mahakal temple on Monday morning. When a fire broke out in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple during the Bhasma Aarti during the Holi celebrations. 14 people including several priests were injured in this accident.

PM wished for the recovery of the injured

PM Modi said that I was saddened to hear the news of fire in Mahakal temple during Holi celebrations. I pray for the speedy recovery of the devotees and priests injured in the fire.

Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav took cognizance of this incident and ordered a magisterial inquiry. He said that action will be taken against those found guilty.
