Fake Mr. Bean Issues Statement After Pakistan’s T20 World Cup Loss, “I Love You Zimbabwe”

Cricket supporters from Zimbabwe and Pakistan have been exchanging insults over the "Mr. Bean dispute" for several days. For those who were unaware, some comments from Zimbabwean fans about sending a "Fake Mr. Bean" to their nation on Thursday had already sparked a flurry of emotions on social media. The President of Zimbabwe poked fun at Pakistan after Zimbabwe's spectacular one-run victory over that nation and suggested that Pakistan send the genuine Mr. Bean the next time.
After the considerable commotion, "Fake Mr. Bean" finally talked about the situation and released a formal statement. A video of the Pakistani Mr. Bean, Asif Muhammad, complimenting Zimbabwe went popular on Twitter.

He remarked how much he liked individuals from Pakistan, Zimbabwe, and other nations. He added that it was a difficult contest between the two teams.

In response to images of the Pakistani squad practicing, a Zimbabwean supporter by the name of Ngugi Chasura said, "We Zimbabweans won't pardon you. We'll resolve the issue tomorrow. You once handed us the fake Pak Bean instead of real Mr. Bean Rowan. Simply hope that the rain will save you ".

The Mr. Bean impersonator, Pak Bean, was also depicted in the subsequent tweet by Mr. Chasura, who said, "This is…Pak Bean, who imitates Mr. Bean and steals people's money." On Twitter, this started a debate. Following the game, even the leaders of both countries' governments joined Twitter.

In response to the Zimbabwean President's scathing criticism of Pakistan in his cryptic congratulations tweet, Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said, "Mr. President, although we may not have the real Mr. Bean, we do have real cricketing spirit, and we Pakistanis have a funny habit of bouncing back. Your crew performed admirably today ".

In the meantime, returning to the game, Zimbabwe could only muster 130/8 in 20 overs. But for a remarkable victory in the Super 12 encounter at the Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia, their bowlers held Pakistan to 129/8.
