ICC Awards: ICC Awards is an annual award given in international cricket. These awards were started in 2004. There is curiosity among the fans to know who will receive this award in the year 2023. In fact, in the first week of January itself, ICC had nominated the best cricketers of different formats for the year 2023. Now the winners from these nominations are going to be announced soon.
These players have been nominated
This ICC award is given in many categories. This categories include T20 International Cricketer of the Year, Test Cricketer of the Year, ODI Cricketer of the Year, etc.
Suryakumar Yadav from India, Sikandar Raza from Zimbabwe, Alpesh Ramjani from Uganda and Mark Chapman from New Zealand have received nominations for T20 International Cricketer of the Year 2023, while Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli and Mohammed Mohammed from India have been nominated for ODI Cricketer of the Year 2023. The name is Shami and the name is Daryl Mitchell from New Zealand.
At the same time, two players from Australia and one each from England and India have been nominated for Test Cricketer of the Year 2023. Ashwin, Travis Head, Usman Khawaja, Joe Root are in the race to get the award in this category.

Australia’s Travis Head and Pat Cummins, India’s Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja have been shortlisted for the 2023 Cricketer of the Year. It will be interesting to see who among these players wins this title.
