More information about the Vivo X90 Series’ rumored chipset, the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC

The Vivo X90 series is rumored to be in development and might launch in December. The standard Vivo X90, the Vivo X90 Pro, and the Vivo X90 Pro+ are reportedly part of this flagship lineup. According to earlier rumors, these smartphones may be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000-series processor. According to a credible informant who made the revelation, this chipset may be the rumored MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC. Before the Vivo X90 series's anticipated release, MediaTek will introduce this chipset in November.

According to Why Why Lab, the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC may be found in the Vivo X90 line of smartphones. According to reports, this chipset combines Cortex-X3 and Cortex-A715 cores. It may be connected with the hardware-level Immortalis-G715 GPU.  The tipster also claims that the imaging capabilities of the Density 9200 SoC have also been increased. This chipset is expected to be officially unveiled by early November.

According to a rumor, the Vivo X90 portfolio also includes models with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. In the AnTuTu benchmark test, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC is thought to outperform the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9000-series chipset.

Which Vivo X90 series devices will use a MediaTek or Qualcomm processor. The Vivo X80 series was introduced earlier this year in India, with the standard model running a Dimensity 9000 SoC and the Vivo X80 Pro sporting a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.

In related news, a rendering of the Vivo X90 Pro+'s rear panel, which includes the quad rear camera module, has just leaked. This mobile device is anticipated to get a 1-inch main camera sensor. It also packs a 5,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. There are rumors that it might also get high-speed LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
