If you want to feed it to children, then do not feed more than 1/4 teaspoon. It would not be right to give them more dose than this.

Turmeric, black pepper and honey will relieve throat problems

For this, mix 1 teaspoon turmeric with a pinch of black pepper powder and honey and take it twice a day after meals. This gives relief in the throat and if there is a problem of tonsils, then that too is cured. If giving to children, then give only half a teaspoon.

Masala Tea For Throat Relief

Tulsi tea, fenugreek tea, ginger and mint tea, licorice tea etc. With their help, your throat pain will also reduce and the problem of cough etc. will also reduce.

Mulethi For Throat Problems

You can use licorice to avoid problems like cold, cough and phlegm. Mix one teaspoon honey with 1 teaspoon liquorice and eat it 40 minutes after meals twice a day. If giving to children, then give them only half the dose. Yes, keep in mind that if you have a problem of hypertension, then taking liquorice will not be right.

Apart from this, you can take steam with mint, caraway, fenugreek and turmeric water twice a day. Along with this, you can drink lukewarm water several times a day.
