Vikram, the lander that went with Chandrayaan - 2, 4 years ago, was just about to touch the moon but it could not happen. PM Modi reaches the control room and inspires the disheartened scientists that our spirits have been strengthened by the obstructions. When the Prime Minister started leaving, K Sivan reached his car to drop him off but suddenly he started crying bitterly. That scene was very emotional.
