Blackpink's Rose Makes History, wins Song of the year with APT. at MTV VMAs

Blackpink member and soloist Rose has made history by becoming the first kpop idol to win song of the year at MTV VMAs with her superhit song APT. featuring bruno mars. She was nominated alongside The weeknd, lady gaga, billie eilish, lorde and more. She gave a speech heart-warming speech, thanked bruno mars and her 16 year old self.

• The New Zealand-born Kpop Idol Rose won in the most important categories of the VMAs which is the Song of the year. Her song APT. featuring bruno mars went viral as soon as it was released, has garnered over 1.9 billion in just 10 months. APT. was all over the place with people murmuring the song and with tons of reels onlines. The term APT. means Apartment in korean language and as per rose the inspiration behind the song came from her favourite drinking game. The Song along with the game became instantly viral.

• Rose appeared in a body fitted golden gown and with parted hair to receive the award, she was overwhelemed and ecstatic as she took the centre of the stage. Holding a piece of paper that had a pre-written speech for her to speak incase she forgot something crucial in the wake of happiness as it was a important moment for her. She said "oh my gosh i cant believe this thank you so much i have prepared something because i dont want to mess this up and i feel like this is a really big moment for myself and for lot of other people" if you don't mind i want to read through this (pointing towards her paper) 
• "First of all, bruno i know you are watching, thank you so much bruno i am going call you up after this thank you so much for believing and helping me to build this world together, i'm really really grateful for our friendship and everything. Someone asked me the other day what my fear in life was and i was quite shocked at my own response.      I had no idea how personal this journey has been for me i told them i fear that somewhere along the way, this journey of pursuing my dreams, i might hit a wall and possibly disappoint my 16 year old self, who grew up always an oddball among society, that wished someday she, too could be herself and equally pursue her dreams just as well as anyone else i saw on television." She said

Every single one of you has put me here, and now I believe there is no impostor in the world when MTV has given me this award here at the VMAs. This is a really big moment for 16-year-old me and anyone else who has dreamed of being accepted equally for their hard work" She thanked herself. 
• Blinks and Her solo fans thanked VMAs for their judgement and congratulate rose and bruno mars for their acheivement. Bruno mars was nominated in the same categories for his collaboration with lady gaga die with a smile.
