Govinda hospitalized after fatal collapse at his residence, close aide confirms

Govinda, the heartthrob of the 90s, has been hospitalised after he collapsed unconscious at his residence. He is currently receiving treatment, and his legal advisor and friend, Lalit Bindal, has informed the media.

• Govinda, the legendary actor of the 1990s, was hospitalised after collapsing at his residence. The 61-year-old actor is receiving treatment and undergoing tests. His legal advisor and close friend, Lalit Bindal, revealed, “He fainted in the evening and called me. I brought him to Criticare Hospital. He is under observation and undergoing tests.”

• Lalit Bindal shared on his Instagram handle, “My dear and respected @Govinda_herono1 has been admitted to the Hospital with complaints of disorientation and unconscious, I pray for his speedy recovery.” 
• Recently, he apologised on behalf of his wife, who spoke against the Hindu priests who charge lakhs for performing sacred Rituals. He posted a video of himself, particularly naming a priest, “Mukesh Shuklaji bahut his yogye, pramanik, bade guni aur yage vidhi prayog hai ” (Pandit Mukesh Shuklaji is a highly capable, genuine, and learned scholar, deeply experienced in conducting Yagya rituals).
• He continued to say, Apke pitaji adarniye jatadhariji se humare ghar pariavaar saddehv juda raha humari adharniye dharampatni hai apke vishye mein apsabdh kahe uske liye mai shama maangta hunn, kyunki mujhe aaise lagta aap bahut hi sasaral bahut hi taqlif ka daur se hum saath nikaal chuke hai, ye kripa hai brahman vrag ki (“Our family has always been connected with your respected father, Jatadhariji. I sincerely apologise for any inappropriate words my respected wife may have said about you. I feel that you have gone through a very difficult phase with great simplicity and patience, and that is truly the grace of the Brahmin community.”)

• He made headlines after he accidentally shot himself in the leg near the knee, and he was hospitalised. It was his licensed revolver that fell on the ground. He had a show in Kolkata that day, which he could not attend.
