Former Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina recorded her first public speech after her government was toppled by the protestors and she was forced to leave the country. She is currently seeking asylum in India, and after a brief silence, she decided to come forward and speak against the interim government, which has been neglecting and apparently supporting the violence against the Hindus in Bangladesh and not following the constitution.

Sheikh Hasina recorded her first public speech addressed to the Bangladeshi citizens and appealed to them gain control and restore peace in the country. She said the brave people of Bangladesh must overthrow the foreign-serving puppet regime led by Muhammad Yunus. She also addressed Awami League leaders, and ministers in her government. On Friday, she urged the people of Bangladesh to remove Yunus and hinted that he would allow the free and fair polls to be conducted, and most probably, the results would be influenced by him.
The election in Bangladesh will be on February 12. In the wake of the election, Hasina is making efforts so that her party doesn't get wiped out politically and at the same time make people aware of the developmental projects the country undertook in her reign, and she was able to increase the GDP of the country, popularize Bangladesh for its culture, food and heritage and for the bad reasons for it is infamous now like Murdering Hindus, forceful conversions, radicalism and sexual assault against women and children.
No matter how the people of Bangladesh see Sheikh Hasina, it is indeed true that Bangladesh was headed in the direction of growth and purpose when Hasina was the Prime Minister, unlike some of the other countries. Sheikh Hasina said “To overthrow the foreign-serving puppet regime of this national enemy at any cost, the brave sons and daughters of Bangladesh must defend and restore the Constitution written in the blood of martyrs, reclaim our independence, safeguard our sovereignty, and revive our democracy.”
She expressed all her disgust for Yunus, who has turned a blind eye against all the atrocities against the Hindu minorities, she said, “The murderous fascist Yunus, a usurer, a money launderer, a plunderer, and a corrupt, power-hungry traitor, has bled our nation dry with his all-consuming paradigms, staining the soul of our motherland.” She even said he has failed to protect the motherland and support the people who want bad for the nation and minorities, who failed to protect the people and she added, “monstrous onslaught of extremist communal forces and foreign perpetrators."
