CEO Tim cook asks his Employees to utilize AI into their creation as AI is the next big thing in the Industry and Believes that Apple can possibly outshine all other companies, Hired 12k Employees.

Apple plans to Dominate AI Field, Hires 12k Employees

• Earlier this month, The CEO of Apple Tim Cook asked His employees to focus on the Integration of Artificial Intelligence into the new products built by the company. He said that if not done so it can harm the company in the long term especially at a time when every single tech company is focusing on building AI Tools and certainly Apple would never lag behind its competitors.
• Speaking to a staff member, he stressed upon the importance of holding on to this opportunity to attract a huge mass that wants to become Used to AI and approach the AI at every single decision making and generate things. He said it is not a big deal for a company like Apple to grab this opportunity as the cook said “Apple must do this. Apple will do this. This is sort of ours”
• "All of us are using AI in a significant way already, and must use it as a company as well, to not do so would be to be left behind and we can’t do that.” Tim Cook said to tell his employees that AI is a tool to grow as a company and lagging behind may lead to repercussions as a Tech Giant.

Tim Regrets not Focusing on AI but Is hopeful for future projects

• CEO Tim Cook on many occasions revealed that he regrets not focusing into AI before. Earlier, the company focused on developing their products but not really developing their AI Tools believing it is not effective but gradually their belief system has changed seeing the growing demand of AI Tools among consumers.
• The Huge Popularity of ChatGPT, Perplexity and several tools has forced Apple to develop its own. Even though the cook regrets it has revealed that their products have always been introduced late but have become popular for its features.
• “We've rarely been first, There was a PC before Mac and there was smartphone before iPhone” Said Tim cook.
