The 50 reality show soon to air on ColorsTV and Jiohotstar, List of contestants and concept

The 50 reality show will be aired from 1 February 2026 on ColorsTV and Jiohotstar. It's the first-ever edition of the show, and 50 celebrities are participating in the show. Director and Producer Farah Khan is the host. So far, the pattern, prize money and location of the shoot have been unveiled, but many participants have received an access pass.Here's the list of participants.

The 50 reality show to on-air

After the success of Bigg Boss 19, which will be remembered as one of the iconic seasons of the show with participants like Tanya Mittal and Farrhana Bhatt, another reality show has been scheduled to run on ColorsTv and Jiohotstar. "The 50" is the new reality show to be on-air from 1st February 2026. Apparently, it is going to have a similar pattern to Bigg Boss, where 50 participants will be kept together, and they will be performing challenging tasks to win the edition. It is definitely going to be a stressful environment because there will be 50 contestants with high ambitions.

As per the sources, Director, Producer and choreographer Farah Khan is the host of the show. She had previously hosted some episodes of Bigg Boss and showed her fierce and unbiased side as a host, which the audience appreciated. The 50's game pattern, theme and location of the shoot, nothing has been revealed by the makers or the media. Fans are anticipating that the show will have the influence of color's other reality shows like Bigg Boss and Khatron ke Khiladi.

The selected participants, like Karan Patel, shared a picture of himself holding the access pass/invitation card of the show and had "The Lion invites to his palace, 1 feb, colorsTv and Jiohotstar". He captioned it "Ek sher ko dusre sher se bulawa aya hai excitement bhi hai aur sawaal bhi", another confirmed contestant, a social media influencer, Mr Faisu, captioned it "Ticket haath mein hai aur luck apne saath hai, yeh toh bass ek naye adventure ki shuruwaat hai".

Among the selected participants are Karan Patel, Mr. Faisu, Vikrant Singh Rajpoot, Hoonur Balaji, Divya Agarwal and Vikrant Singh Rajpoot. Rajpoot, who is the husband of Monalisa, the Bhojpuri star will enter the show alongside her, he said, "The 50 is more than a reality show; it’s about real choices and real strength. Life with Monalisa, from Bigg Boss to today, has taught me patience and trust. With her support, I’m entering this journey focused and true to myself. This experience is about growth and staying real.”

Apart from these contestants, there are many speculations around some of the known celebrities who are known from other reality shows, Shiv Thakare, Urfi Javed and Nikki Tamboli. The makers approached some of the big names, but those already rejected are Rashmi Desai, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky, Dhanashree Verma, Yuzvendra Chahal and Baseer Ali.
